Yes, we ship all over the world.

As each Lumen & Memory is handmade, the process takes time. Our current estimated turnaround time is 3-10 months for completion (refer to the product page for specific estimates), with an additional 2-4 weeks for shipping, depending on your location. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Each Lumen & Memory is custom-made exclusively for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft wool. Needle felting involves compressing wool fibers together by hand to create specific textures and shapes. The nose and mouth of each Lumen & Memory are also handmade. Full-body include a wireframe to support the stability and mobility of the paws and tail.

Throughout the production process, we'll send you pictures and videos for review. If you have any questions, we'll discuss and make modifications to ensure your Lumen & Memory is a perfect match for your pet. We pay close attention to detail and strive to capture your pet's unique characteristics. Please note that while we strive to accurately depict your pet, color may vary slightly due to differences in electronic device displays. Additionally, the texture of the wool material and the limitations of needlepunch technology may not allow for a 100% exact match. This also applies to leather carvings.

Clear pictures are essential (the more, the better!): a front view, right side, left side, rear view, and a close-up of their face that captures their expression the best. High-quality photos are crucial in enabling us to craft the perfect likeness of your cherished pet.
